For this reason, we kindly ask guests to avoid bringing full-face snorkel masks, as they have been found to have adverse effects and are not permitted on the boat. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of any boat tour or charter service booked with Coral Keys Adventures (“Company”). By booking a tour with the Company, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
a. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If a Customer cancels a reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
b. Same-Day Cancellations
If a Customer cancels on the same day as the scheduled departure, the Customer is responsible for the full cost of the charter, and no refunds will be issued. This includes any no-shows or late arrivals that result in the tour being missed or forfeited.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations (Weather or Safety)
The safety of our passengers is our top priority. Coral Keys Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions or other safety concerns at the sole discretion of the captain.
If the Company cancels a scheduled tour due to weather or safety concerns, the Customer will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, and will not be responsible for any additional charges.
Customers may also be offered the option to reschedule their tour based on availability, but are under no obligation to accept.
3. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, acts of war, or pandemics. In such cases, refund or rescheduling policies may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion.
4. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
